We have a selection of plans available, both for people local to Lincoln who prefer a face to face service, and for people from anywhere else or those who prefer to access information online. All plans at reasonable, realistic prices.

Individual Plan
£60, 6 week plan, for 1 person
Includes:
1 hour per week face to face time with your Buddy;
New information sheet each week;
Recipe collection;
Record sheets to track progress;
Access to Client Facebook group;
Access to your Buddy for help and support by text/email/messaging during agreed hours.
Group Plan
£30 each, 6 week plan, for 2-4 people (larger groups by agreement)

Online Plan
£15, 6 week plan, for anyone anywhere.

Corporate Plan
Cost on application, from £50, 6 week plan, for groups of colleagues in a single workplace.
